Who am I and why am I here…
I’m a 40 something content creator, diagnosed with type 2 diabetes over just over 6 months ago. I have battled with obesity for years and due to some tragic events, have had spent a few years working on my mental health
Why Now?
Since my diagnosis of diabetes, I have dedicated myself to improving my overall health. Over the course of six months, I successfully reduced my HbA1c from 10.8 to 5.5, significantly enhancing both my physical and mental well-being. My goal is to continue this progress and work towards fully reversing Type 2 diabetes in the coming years.
Through extensive research and personal experience, I have navigated various approaches, learning what works and identifying areas that require adjustment. I am committed to reinforcing effective strategies and challenging those that do not yield results. It is alarming to recognize that obesity and prediabetes are at epidemic levels, and the true impact of this crisis has yet to be fully understood.
I want to build a community that can help everyone!
I will be exploring in depth the various elements that contributed to my health transformation through my Healthy Bites newsletter, as well as an upcoming series of podcasts: The Glucose Reboot Podcast and The Glucose Reloaded Podcast. Additionally, I will be sharing insights and updates via social media, providing subscribers with opportunities for live Q&A sessions and engaging discussions.
My goal is not to change the world, but if I can positively impact your world, I believe my message is worth sharing. If I can help even one person, I will have made a meaningful difference.
